Looking into this it sounds like you have a loose connection to the cupholder wiring connectors on your Thomas Payne couch or the cupholder wiring is just bad and needs to be replaced.

If you have Electric Coach Steps on your 2016 Thor Tuscany XTE 32 then you need to test the motor to find out if the control module needs to be replaced. In order to do this you need to simply give the two wires into it a power and a ground to a battery (make sure all of your ground wires are securely connected to clean, bare-metal as well).
